Culture represents the values, beliefs, and behaviors within an organization. I work with organizations to understand the human dynamics at play when defining these key aspects of culture in general, or in a specific context, such as diversity, equity, and inclusion.
IMPACT
Together, we use quantitative and qualitative data and analysis to design key program elements to address specific organizational needs. Additionally, metrics are designed to monitor the progress and impact of these programs and initiatives.
