My approach to organizational learning and transformation is driven by a unique learning framework that brings clients through a progression for grounding real change in a complex environment. This learning model, displayed at a glance below, shows the trajectory for individuals, teams, and the whole organization with six distinct phases of work between understanding self and leaving a legacy.
This framework differentiates my approach from competitors’ offerings in that the content and learning that occurs within each level of work is tailored to the needs of the organization, based on a preliminary assessment phase. The framework serves as a container for content to ensure nimbleness and space for individuals and teams to develop their own questions and elevate their thinking relative to their organization’s identity and developmental stage. The framework can be applied to any organizational project, including strategic planning, team development, and DEI work.
